Package not received but marked as delivered

I placed the order a month ago and on January 20 it was marked as delivered, however I have not received anything yet, I would like someone to get in touch.

I ordered an item in early Jnauary. The tracking number was ZA04461944101. It's marked as delivered since Tuesday 3rd February. However, no parcel was received and my neighbours don't have it either. I don't know what carrier is supposed to have delivered it to my address e.g FedEx, UPS, etc. Can you please assist me as the company I bought from are not helping.
