Package not received but site says it was delivered.

We have not received a package that was sent via China Post, to our address in Florida, United States. The tracking site says the package was delivered, but it did not arrive at our residence. We have the China Post tracking number, which is: ZA03814739901.
The issue is that when the parcel arrived in the United States it was transferred to another carrier, possibly: USPS (United States Postal Service); UPS; FedEx; DHL; Purolator or some other delivery/carrier service. We have tried to find the package, but the China Post tracking number does not work here. We have been trying to find out who the local carrier was that received the item and a local tracking number. We need to know who the carrier in the United States is and the U.S. tracking number. Without a local tracking number all carriers and the post office cannot track the package. The China Post tracking number is not useable in the U.S. Can you assist with finding out who the local carrier is and a tracking number. The company we bought the item from is completely useless and not helpful at all. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

If you don't get it, you need to try to contact the seller to check it for you. If he doesn't cooperate, it may be a scam. We have found many sellers use china post parcel to ship some junk to another address. The shipping is real, but the parcel does not contain the goods you purchased and the parcel address is not even to your address either. You need to call your bank and report fraud to get refund asap.
