Package not Updated

My package says it has been handed over to customs and hasn't moved for 3 months and has been in transit for a total of 127 days. Has it been lost? CP449984354CN

Hi letaryn,

In normal, it should be delivered in two months. It should have been lost. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
