my orders EB748308381CN and EB749256779CN Are not having an update in over a month. Please someone tell me how much longer is it gonna take? What happened? Are they lost?

Hi Camila,

They are delayed. You'd better wait for another 20 days to see if they could be reached. If you couldn't receive them in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

My package CY015115203CN has not updated for 60 days. Normally, I'd think that this was due to delays, but this is the second half of one giant order I purchased. The first half, which was sent at the same time, has already arrived and updated regularly. This one has been stuck on "leaving the post office" for so long that I think it's lost. I've tried contacting the seller, but they just say they're contacting the shipping agent over and over again. Is there anything else I can do?
