Package not updated for over 40 days

LO852771562CN Hasn’t been updated for over 40 days. Is this still in transit? Any help to understand where and how long it may take?

Hi Lw,

It was delivered to air transport on March 12 and takes about 7-15 days to leave China. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about another 15-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. Please wait for another 10 days to see if there is any update.
