package returned to sender

Hello

I purchased an item from a retailer in China last November but it was returned to the sender due to a customs issue.

According to the tracking this item has been returned to the retailer but they are saying they have not received it yet.

Can you please give me information on where the package is now and if China post still have it when will it be delivered to back to the retailer ?

The tracking number is CP547926436CN
