Hi Jad,

It means it's still in transit in China now. It's heading for Guangzhou International Exchange Station now. Due to the coronavirus, packages are processed slowly. Please wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

Hello,

I ordered a package back in early March that was shipped with China Post on March 4th and delivered to air transport on March 20th. However, I just got an update on May 5th that it was at "Zhengzhou City, Zhengzhou Exchange Station returned" - which I assume means it is now back for some reason. Why is this, and how come it returned after almost two months? Additionally, will it still be delivered or will it be returned to the shipper? Any help with this would be greatly appreciate. I need some information on the package RV350277673CN. For the second time in last two months the package has been returned from the air transport back to Beijing Int Mail Exchange Station. and the status is changed from IN TRANSIT to EXPIRED.
Can you tell me what is going on, is the package going to be returned to the company, and why is the package for the second time returned from the air transport.
What exaclty should I do? Contact the company?
