Package says delivered but has not been delivered

I ordered the huge bean bags. 3 of them. Waiting now for over 50 days n the tracking says delivered to me but it hasn’t been. I’m just wanting how much longer do I need to wait or just cancel n get a refund.. tracking number is FEISZ1705371175YQ thx

Hi Mandi FooFoo,

If it's not delivered to your address, you need to contact the seller to ask if the tracking number is right. The seller may give you a tracking number of another customer. If the number is right, he may filled the address by mistake. The seller should give you a solution at last if you couldn't get it.

My package tracking info, AS750078767CN is showing as delivered on April 2, 2023, but USPS has no record of this package, and I have not received it? I tried to contact the seller, but they're not responding.
Also, the tracking info doesn't show where it was delivered to, or who delivered it! There's no address listed, so where was it delivered? Is there a US tracking number for this item?
