Package says delivered but i don’t received

The package is delivered on May 10 but it has never been delivered to me and the Italian post office does not recognize this tracking in its system.

Is it a scam?

Hi Mc,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Italy. Then, use the number to check with your local post courier about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
