Package says delivered but never ended up at my house

My package AM694425144CN says it got delivered to my house. But it has not came. I was home all day and never got anything on my doorstep but the package said it got delivered. I bought 5 pairs of shoes so its not a small package. Its been a few days since and I still have not received.

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Australia. Then, use the number to check with Australia Post about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
