Package says delivered but never received

My package AQ524579424CN says it was delivered but I never received the package. How can I make sure it was delivered to the right address and what carrier would have delivered it.

Hi gballart,

According to the tracking information, AQ524579424CN was delivered on September 22 in Pittsford. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
