It says package was delivered but it never was delivered
I am trying to find out who the courier is to find my package I realized I probably have been ripped off though and should report it to my Cc company

MY PACKAGE WAS NOT DELIVERED they look up the At the end of last year I lost my money to another supplier that said they were going to refund me. I realized when I went to email this seller about this latest purchase that they had the same email address as this seller that I lost my money. When I asked them about not receiving my parcel, they said it must be lost. All enquiries had the same answer as the other seller gave me last year, it was a scam as I am still waiting for the refund that they said I would pay me for my lost parcel. I am 71 and I can usually manage all my invoices and payments but I am stumped with what is happening with this seller. I bought from about 3 sales from other different clothes sales, but nothing has been delivered from any of the different sellers that I also paid using PayPal. I am so upset and have no idea how I do this. I don't want to leave my money.

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to the courier to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
