Package says delivered, IT WASN'T!

Package wasn't delivered. It says delivered on 10-7-22, I work from home, we don't have a mailbox or po box and nothing was delivered to my porch as we have csmeras. Tracking number is AQ212776004CN and they don't say where it was left or who the carrier was.

Hi Rah,

According to the tracking information, AQ212776004CN was delivered on October 7. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
