Package sent from US to Guangzhou China

Tracking number from USPS on February 17
is LH132053170US. I sent this package back to Melogal for a refund. I inquired about it being stuck in customs since March 12 and I was told it is being sent back to the US. What is going on???

Hi DNickols,

It's stuck at the customs in March and should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs. The receiver doesn't do so and it's returned back.
