Package shipped to wrong country

Hi! My package AS753823780CN is in Delivered status, but I didn't receive it - it didn't even cross country borders. Could you please clarify what was the shipment address?

Sorry, we don't know the delivery address. According to the tracking information, AS753823780CN was delivered on Jan.3. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
