Package showing as delivered but not delivered

My tracking number is RV391150181CN and it says it has arrived with an post but i have contacted them and it is not valid on there system and they have advised it has not reached them yet. can you please advise?

Hi Amy,

It's not deliverd. It's still en route to Ireland now. Please wait for more days to see if there is any update showing it arrives in Ireland.
