package shows to be delivered

I have not received any of the items ordered - I have a RING and it has no recordings of items delivered. shows time of delivery was 01/06/25 at 5:00 p.m. which I was home I don't have a number to call the company that sold this (purchased on FB ad!!) know not to do that anymore...lost money. don't know what carrier was to deliver..
