Package stucked in China

Hi,
My package was send by the seller on the 6th of february but is still "held at office of exchange" today. I guess that means it is still in China and the seller told me that all flights to France have been delayed. What is the situation now ? I assume there is still flight for packages from china to France, seems logic so can you help me understand what's going on ?

Hi Nassim,
It's still in China waiting for the filght now. It was handed over to the carrier transport on Feb.25 and usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in France after it was handed over to the carrier transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

My package tracking no: LZ719092609CN . Last tracked was on 17/3/21 ( flight departure) since then no news update. Is the package still in China airport or somewhere?
Please provide the tracking number in order to check it for you.
