package stucked on precustom

My package stucked on precustom declaration stage for over 2 months. What should I do in this situation? Should I just wait or which number should I call to find out what's happening to my parcel. Thank you.

Hi angel,

In this situation, you need to call the receiver to declare to the customs. If the receiver doesn't declare, it will not be released.
