I am reaching out for assistance with a package that was shipped. I have reached out to the vendor several times without any response so now I am reaching out to you.
My tracking number is UT419009974CN. The tracking shows that it arrived in US on Nov 2nd. The tracking ends on Nov 2nd and the product hasn't been recieved. Any information and assistance would be much appreciated!!!!
