Package tracking not updated in a while

My order was shipped on September 10th , the tracking information has not updated since September 18th. Where is my package?!? Helpppp

Hi Lalaloren,

It was delivered by airline on Sep.18 abd takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

I have ordered 2 days ago from DHgate and it is said that it was already shipped out. I looked for tracking logistics but there is none and it only says In Transit which I know it’s on the way. I just wanted to know where EXACTLY is my package because I’m going out of town. I have been tracking an order placed in MARCH and the tracking has not updated since March 11th. This is what it says:
"International item has left originating country and is en route to Canada.
Last updated: Mar. 11"

The number is LZ692659019CN.
