Package Undelivered

I have contacted the seller several times and was told it was delivered. I would like to know where this was delivered to and who delivered it because I never received it. I am in the United States in Ohio. This would have been a large and heavy order that consisted of a recliner and a chest freezer. It would have been delivered by a large truck. The tracking number for this order is AM763427973CN and supposedly delivered on April 01, 2025. Good April Fools prank because I never received anything. Thank you, Cherrie Stevens~

So I ordered something from Yostar and my shipment says "Undelivered". It also says the reason why it was undelivered is because they couldn't locate the recipient. What does it mean by that? By recipient, does it mean me or something else? Did they somehow get my address wrong? The last update I saw on the tracker is that the shipment has left the processing center, on October 22, 25, and 28. What should I do in this situation? Do I contact my local carrier/post office or do I just be patient and wait?
