In normal, If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to the courier to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
So I ordered something from Yostar and my shipment says "Undelivered". It also says the reason why it was undelivered is because they couldn't locate the recipient. What does it mean by that? By recipient, does it mean me or something else? Did they somehow get my address wrong? The last update I saw on the tracker is that the shipment has left the processing center, on October 22, 25, and 28. What should I do in this situation? Do I contact my local carrier/post office or do I just be patient and wait?
