Hi Misselizabeth,

According to the tracking number, it's not delivered to your address but some other place. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution. The address may be wrong.

How am I supposed to track down a package from China post if they use USPS when it arrives to U.S.A. and I don’t have a tracking number from usps only China post?
