Packet in status despatch from sorting center since 4 weeks

Hello
My package seems to be stuck in the sorting center in shanghai since the status hasnt updated for 4 weeks now. I know that there may be delays due to the virus just wanted to ask if everything is normal.
The tracking number: LO994648290CN

Hi Tomtom,

It's normal now. It has left China and is in transit to your country now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. There will be update when it arrives. It takes about 30-60 days to have update.
