I make order for some shoes,paket is come till my city but we be out from county and we didn`t pick up the paket
and paket go back to China.
Can you send it to me again my paket but on another address

My Paket has not been delivered/ it is not at my new or old address

I contacted you earlier that my address was wrong (it changed my address when I went from the ad to the store back to my old address and I didn't notice at first) I got an email from you that you changed the Address, but I haven't got any Paket or notice for a Paket.
I also filled out a Nachsendeantrag (a form to fill out at the German post to make them send you a Paket if you moved) that also seem to not work. I can't see any information here where the Paket was delivered to where is it ?
