Tracking number AS810717229CN. Tracking says it was delivered. How do I contact the local delivery agent in Perth, Western Australia?

According to the tracking information, AS810717229CN was delivered on October 17. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Australia. Then, you need to use the number to check with Australia Post. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
