Parcel marked as left country then next notification is it’s in Shanghai

I checked my tracking which says it left the country on the 10th April. It also states on the 25th of April being loaded onto air transport.
I wanted to know what the actual state of my parcel is with contradicting tracking

Hi Mackenzie,

It was delivered to air transport on March 25 and takes about 7-10 days to leave China. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about another 15-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. Please wait for more days to see. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

Hello there!
Could you be kind enough and assist me?.
It is about tracking: EB715523833CN
On march 23, it says: "CNHGHD,China, International item has left originating country and is en route to Canada" . Then, on march 24th it says: " Shanghai, arriving at Shanghai International Mail Exchange Station (via transfer)" and it as been stuck there ever since. I'd like to understand why one day it as left China, then the next day it is in Shanghai. I do understand the worldwide situation but could you please tell me what is going on with my parcel?

My parcel RN594359442GB is showing the same status as of 26/10/22 - awaiting payment of taxes but my customer has received no notification and what needs to be paid. Why haven't you notified them of payment due?
