According to the tracking information, the parcel arrived in Belgium on February 26, but I still have not received it.

I have not received my parcel. I checked with my Australian post office in Crystal Brook and nothing has been delivered there. I then rang local couriers and they have no parcel whatsoever with that tracking number.
