Can I get an update on my package? Flight departed carrier 2 weeks ago and no update since. Could it be lost? Sending to US.

Hi Jvkv,

If it couldn't be reached in three months, it has the chance of lost. You'd better wait for more days to see it arrives in the US. e-packet is slow to the US now.

I had a package sent to me on April 14th, through China EMS. It was collected on the 15th and despatched to the UK on the 17th, however the tracking site I was provided with and my local couriers tracking both have no updated since. I thought EMS was usually quicker than this and I looked it up to read that EMS from China to the UK usually takes 7-20 days, but my tracking has not updated in a month.
I found tracking websites that share more detailed information however this is what I get:

May 10, 2021 12:02 - Flight Departure

Why has its flight departed so many times? What does this mean. Should I be concerned about my parcel yet?? Or is taking this long normal for EMS
