Parcel tracking

Good afternoon I was sent an order with the number RP627643549CN on 06/28/2019 it has not yet arrived in Portugal as I checked the tracking number that it has not yet left the country of origin I want to know what is going on.

Hi Nuno,

It couldn't pass the check for several times and is returned to be checked again. If you couldn't get it in the promised time, better contact the seller to give you a solution.

my two parcels with tracking numbers CP419420544CN &
CP419420527CN were shipped on 30/08/2021 from China to Pakistan...but i got only one parcel with tracking number CP419420544CN. My other parcel with tracking number CP419420527CN did not reach me. I paid 1041 yuan for that parcel.
