i bought a cellphone online in april was given a number of which I was sharing it with someone that person has already received it , when am trying to call the store where I purchased the store is closed name of the store is Trojan Tech and their number is on voicemail..how can I be assisted

Hi thembela,

You are scammed. You can only try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
