please help,it says delivered the 4 of jan. but didnt receivered anything,and where did they send it.did they send it to canada thats where i am.and which carrieris it? trying to reach china post but the links doesnt work.hope you will be able to help me been over 30 days waiting for my parcel.a answer would be appreciated,thank's Doris

According to the tracking information, AS753713475CN was delivered on Jan.4. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

my two parcels with tracking numbers CP419420544CN &
CP419420527CN were shipped on 30/08/2021 from China to Pakistan...but i got only one parcel with tracking number CP419420544CN. My other parcel with tracking number CP419420527CN did not reach me. I paid 1041 yuan for that parcel.
