Hi Cathy,

Your parcel was sent out by the sender on Sep. 14 and left China on Sep. 21. Tracking system shows it hasn't been in UK yet. It means it's still in transit to UK now. Average arrival time for it is 7- 40 days. If you couldn't get it before October 20, better contact the sender and let him contact China Post.
