Can you please advise when my delivery will arrive as it has been in transit for nearly 3 weeks.
I am based in the United Kingdom yet from the tracking history which I trust you can view has gone from China, via Hong Kong to the USA which doesn't seem or feel right.
Also, from reading your online reviews does not fill me with any great confidence
