I have sent a package to China for some reason it was failed to deliver and was to be returned, now it's been stuck in Shanghai for a month now, should I be worried and need to contact my local post or just wait? Tracking ID: RA533131400SI

It's not stuck in Shanghai. It's en route to Slovenia now.
