I returned goods (2 costume rings) purchased from Alice Jewelry online via post. The Tracking number: RL838693135IE.
Tracking the goods it says that I "need to contact customs directly. Your delivery is being held by customs". May I know why the parcel is being held by the Custom?

Your website doesn't work. I typed my tracking number into the box and pressed search. It then opened a new window, asking me to copy a verification code which I did. It keeps telling me the code is wrong but its your own code!!???
