I purchased an Amplifier and it's still in the process of shipping, BUT the tracking information of my parcel hasn't been updated in a long period of time. It's been over a two week now, there is NO update of my parcel on the tracking website.
It says my parcel was Held by Customs in China. This is my first time ordering from another country. I don't know if my parcel is stuck somewhere or if there is any sort of problem in Customs.
I am helpless now, I don't know what to do now.

I have sent one shipment "sample " from KSA through saudi post whose tracking number is EK149415669SA , this shipment is held by china post custom. Shipment receiver says that no one contacted for any shipment.
Please contact her to provide any documents etc
