I purchased an Amplifier and it's still in the process of shipping, BUT the tracking information of my parcel hasn't been updated in a long period of time. It's been over a two week now, there is NO update of my parcel on the tracking website.
It says my parcel was Held by Customs in China. This is my first time ordering from another country. I don't know if my parcel is stuck somewhere or if there is any sort of problem in Customs.
I am helpless now, I don't know what to do now.

It has been returned back to the sender. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution from the seller in time.
