Base on Amazon and your website it's showing where the package was delivered on the 31st of October on your website and Amazon is showing that it was delivered on the 27th of October. I made a quiry with Aeropost and the package is not showing received on there end. So kindly provide an update to the package in question.

Base on Amazon is showing that the package was delivered on the 27th of October. And base your website it's showing that the package was delivered on the 31st of October. An inquiry was made with Aeropost to locate the package in question.
And both internal and external checks were done by Aeropost. And from there finding the package in question was not received at the Miami warehouse.
So kindly provide proof of delivery so further steps can be taken to locate the package in question.
