The sender is Kicksown, and the parcel was shipped under my nickname instead of my legal name. The name on the parcel was "Kitty Kitty" and I would like it changed to my legal name "Khine Khant Kyaw".

But Thailand Post has informed us that the "delivered" is just a notification delivery and not an item delivery. So the China Post would be able to request a name change through CN17. I opened a request to return this package to me after it sat in customs for over a month and the recipient refused to pick it up or contact the postal service for me. I opened a request with US postal service and they reached out to China and told me this was a customs issue. I then asked for it to be returned. Here's my tracking number.
