I am contacting you regarding my recent order with tracking number ZC04145824699.
According to the tracking information, the package was marked as delivered on May 20th, 2025, but I have not received it. I have verified with my building management, neighbors, and local delivery points, and can confirm that the package never arrived at the correct address (Via Castelfidardo, Milan, Italy).
As the item has not been delivered to me, I kindly request a full refund for this order.
Please confirm receipt of this message and inform me of the next steps in processing my refund.
