My package has been stuck on “Departure from Regional Sorting Center” for 5 days...

It has left China and is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. There will be update when it's got by USPS in the US. I suggest you wait for 15 more days to see if there is any update.
