My name is Yantie Aziz. I am shipping my items from Shanghai Airport to Malaysia and I am from Malaysia.
I would like to check why I have still not received my items. It has been more than 10 days and there is no update from your side.

Hi Mary,
We are only a tracking platform. Your package was returned back due to some reason. It's shipped out again. You need to track it in the following days to see if it's normal. If it's returned back again to the seller, you need to contact the seller to get refund in time.
