There is no tracking information for it at present. Possible reasons:
1. The sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.
2. It's just sent and needs two or three days to have tracking information.
3. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for this kind of package.
4. Only the seller could track it in seller's platform.

You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason.

Hi Merlion,

They were handed over to the carrier transport on August 20 and are in transit to Singapore now. It usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in Singapore after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

I would like to request your assistance regarding two shipments sent through China Post.

Tracking numbers:

* ZC64253206399 (previous tracking: XJY000154855HK)

The seller is no longer responding to any messages, so I am unable to obtain any information from them.

According to the tracking information:

* XJY000151263HK is shown as delivered in Italy, but I have never received the parcel.
* ZC64253206399 is shown as being arranged for delivery in Italy.

1. Which Italian carrier is responsible for the final (last-mile) delivery of these two shipments?
