I have two packages that have not received any updates since March 19 & March 20:

Where are the packages located, and when can I expect them?

Hi Paul,

They are in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when they are in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days to reach and there will be further update when they arrive.

LZ240392019CN, Hi there, i hope all is well with you, I would please like an update on the location of my Package, the last update says “plane arrived at destination” I just wanted to know if the package is in South Africa or if it is still in China. If you could please assist me with this i would highly appreciate it.
