I purchased a product on eBay on 17/11/2017 Until now I have not received it.
I went to the post office in Israel and they told me that the package did not come to Israel.
The seller says he checked and found the package arrived in Israel .

Your package hasn't arrive Israel yet. If it's in your country, the tracking result should show it's in Israel now. I suggest you wait for another ten days. If it couldn't reach your country before Nov. 25, better open a dispute to eBay to ask your money back.
