Saying delivered but i was home all day and never received.

My order ZA02628543801 never arrived. I was wondering is there was any proof of delivery so that i can find my parcel if it has been delivered to wrong people. Having trouble contacting the agency and still waiting on a reply but i was hoping china post could help with this dilemma. My contact details were given with my order also i would be most greatful if i could be contacted.

Tracking number AT628755232CN, was supposed to be delivered to my home this past Saturday. I was home all day and didn’t receive a package. I’ve asked my neighbors and none of them have received a package either.
