Says Delivered but I don’t have it??

Say delivered today, but it was not!
I address to my PO Box in Waikerie, SA
But the post office say they do not have it either and when they enter the tracking number on their computer it shows nothing.
They search the recipient name: Brian Ebert, also nothing show up.
Please help. Are you able to tell me which courier (if not Australia post) it is supposed to be delivered by? This will help a lot, as we are small country town.
