Says Delivered but never received

Yes I have 2 orders that say was delivered on march 19th but never received them. AS837635400CN and AS837613232CN. I need help finding my items please!

In this case, you can only try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

They were delivered on March 19. If you don't get them, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking numbers in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

My tracking info says it's been delivered. I never received it. It doesn't tell me where it got delivered, just says delivered. Says it's from USPS, they say they never received it. Contacted the company, and they said to contact my post office. I did, but they said they can't do anything because they never received anything. I tried to contact with the seller website and the website is closed and i can not reach the seller what shoud i do?. Where is my package please?
