Says delivered, but never received

The package tracker status says that my package was delivered on either October 3rd or 4th, but I never received it. How do I contact The courier to find out who has my package or where it was left?

My tracking info says it's been delivered. I never received it. It doesn't tell me where it got delivered, just says delivered. Says it's from USPS, they say they never received it. Contacted the company, and they said to contact my post office. I did, but they said they can't do anything because they never received anything. And now the company is ignoring me. Hello,
Apparently this shipment has been delivered November 25th, but I haven't received it. I have contacted seller who says I have to contact local post office?? There are several, so whom was this shipment handed over to? Normally it is Post Nord and then they send tracking info, but I have not received such. There must be a name or company that has received it when it apparently is delivered?
